Listening to Jose, he is even more deluded than LVG. Is it time to worry, because it's concerning me?

Chelsea were basically lucky to score on counter attacks and we dominated the game, watch it again without the blinkers on please LVg #2.

Agree6 Disagree3

On that evidence we've skipped the LVG era and gone back to the Moyes days, clueless at the back and any attacking play consisted of get it wide and lump it into the box.

It did seem like a delusional interview

But he's already tried criticising the players for their mistakes then someone was leaking to press how their poor feelings were hurt and jose wasnt kissing their ass and massaging their ego.

He is literally stuck between a rock and a hard place after that performance. Somehow he has to work it till january and get rid of about 10/ 12 of this current squad.

Should have parked the bus! No chance of the title and not far off having no chance of top four! Going to be a painful week at work for you lot.

Might be just me, but I reckon if we still had LVG in charge we would be in a better position then we are now, new manager no improvement if anything we gone backwards.

Bobby - The bus was parked, we are just not good at parking it. We offered nothing going forward, ergo we were trying to keep them at bay and not committing the men forward to attack. It was a horrible game to watch like so many of our league games.

DSG - Yeah it's a tricky one, making up fantasy stories isn't the right way to go though. Press conferences are for the fans, we either watched the game and know how bad we were or we will read/ listen to the conference and be lied to. I don't appreciate being lied to and I don't like our manager telling porkies to delude the players/ fans/ board or himself. Nothing wrong with being critical, just don't name names in public. The trouble is our three marquee signings by Jose have been epic failures so far, Bailly is the only one looking good and that looks like it's over for a while.

Players smiling after the game, it's disgraceful and tells me a lot about how serious they take their jobs. Jose needs to carry on his Rooney treatment with other underperformers, time is ticking and he is just carrying on the LVG legacy to date.

How can you still be blaming LVG, Jose picks the team and the tactics now and still no clue, think its time to blame the players, the scouts and our buying policy.

23 Oct 2016 20:22:11
Who's blaming LVG still? I'm blaming the manager and players, manager had a lot of time to prepare for the job, loads of money and we haven't made one step forward - I have no idea what the philosophy is for us, it seems to be try and stop the other team if they are half decent - we are Man Utd and teams should fear us, not the other way around. We are an easy scalp still, predictable and ponderous.

Yawn, since Ferguson left the club has employed 3 totally different managers in 3 and a bit seasons all bringing in their own players. There is no balance to the team at all and it will take another 2 or 3 transfer windows to address the issues in the squad. I fail to see how you can expect the manager to rectify everything in 1 transfer window.

{Ed007's Note - And yet Chelsea have had the same amount of manager's since Ferguson retired and seem to be doing OK.}
