We're in 7th spot in the league. The next two games are very difficult. I'll take two draws but I think we'll lose comfortably against Liverpool. Chelsea seem to have recovered from a poor patch but I think we can get a draw at Stamford Bridge.
So by the end of next week's games, we could be in 10th spot. The team need to start working harder and upping the pace but unfortunately the last three managers have not allowed the team to play with pace. We seem to want to slow the game down when all the top teams are playing with pace and high tempo.
Anyway, this is the PL and anything can happen. I just want us to turn up against the scousers and match them for effort. But I'm not holding my breath.

We're still waiting for our best defending CB Zouma to return, and we don't have anyone else that can handle Ibra's power. Our midfield is looking pretty good, with Matic and Kante capable of playing very well together. But Hazard still isn't on top form, so we don't have that attacking brilliance that you guys have with Mata, Ibra and maybe Martial (if he picked up form after scoring against Stoke) .
While Pogba hasn't been dominant the matches I've seen, he can still come up with some magic at any time.
And finally, you'll probably kill us on set pieces. You've got a very tall team, and Mata can deliver a ball. So I think you'll beat us.
PS: you'll beat Liverpool too.

Schmidfield. It's OK to have view and be realistic, but it has come to a pretty pass when a Chelsea fan sees more in our team than our own 'supporters'. Come on POG! No I did not mean Pogba though I am prepared to shout that out, but rather

G- Good
If we can't do this and get behind encouraging the team, let's be quiet and not feed encouragement to the opposition.

DW, that's your view and I appreciate it. However, Liverpool are playing well with high tempo and you must agree with that.
Also, just because I pointed out the deficiencies in our team, it doesn't mean I'll not get behind the team. I've a season ticket in the singing section and we get more behind the team than anyone in the ground. So let's stop this not getting behind the team just because I pointed out some weaknesses in our team.
Jackson, I watched your game today and thought matic and kante played very well. I also thought hazard was excellent. I think we'll do well to get a draw at your place bearing in mind we're playing in Europa league on Thursday and you have 8 free days to prepare.

Both are hard games to call. If the teams turn up play for the jersey both games could be very entertaining.

The schedule with a Thursday game doesn't help for you guys, that is true. Let's just hope for an enjoyable game as well :-)
