Hey guys,
Who is this Paul Parker?
I know he used to play for us but to be honest don't know much about him.
He has been talking so muchntripe in the media recently.
He has been sayin the fillowing things.
Pogba isn't as good as Mikel.
We won't make top 4.
Rooney is fat and lazy.
Why do our ex players have to be so bitter about our club? .

He played over 100 games for us and was right back in the first premier league winning season. History lesson needed I think.

I hope the who is Paul Parker post was tongue in cheek Singh? If not then dust off your mum n dads VHS and treat yourself to some 90s footage! There's also a bloke called Eric Cantona who he played with and he was quite good!

Do read in detail what he was talking about when he compared pogba to mikel. I think you've only read the headline. He's talking specifically and only about defensive work.

Really good defender. But as a right back rarely crossed the half way line.
Many of his quotes are taken out of context. Others are just plain stupid.
I think what he actually said wad that obi Mikel was better defensively and has a better tackling technique and closes players down easier.
Either way he is proudly better keeping his mouth shut even as a player when interviewed He was not the most articulate.

Just wanted to know your opinion on him as to be fair i didn't know much about him.
But yeah ill go and check his videos and i am sure he must a good player if he played over a hundred games.
I think its the media that's making it a big deal over what he has been saying.
You got to agree with me. on this point though.
He said we still need a mf, cb and a striker to make top 4.
Does he not see Ibra, Pogba and Baily as those players? .

Probably better to read the full article about Pogba and Rooney.
The Rooney one is pretty much spot on.
On Mikel he says the thing he can do is tackle and press where as this wouldn't be Pogba's strength.
Parker has done himself no favours in the words he has used but just a classic case of the press manipulating an interview for shock headlines.
Try Wikipedia if you want to no about Paul Parker.

That annoyed me quite abit reading his comments! Although I have to say I do agree with some views, but the 'negligence' comments made about Rashford and Mourinho is totally farce and very premature. There was is no way in hell he can say Rashfords likely to and should leave if Mourinho "Carrys on neglegting" him, when Mourinhos only been in charge since June.

Paul Parker (the other PP) played 4 games for Chelsea well after finishing at United.
