£100 million either buys you a Sterling and a Stones or a Pogba. I know what my preference would be.

See when you use the word "either", you create a false dichotomy. You can use 100m pounds to buy a variety of combinations of players.

People who say Pogba isn't worth his price tag are those people who are worried Pogba won't come to United. Trying to save face just incase the deal doesn't happen!
Even if Pogba doesn't end up at United (He will IMO), who ever ends up with Pogba at 100M is laughing because he isn't just footballing icon like I've said before, market wise commercially and everything to do with his image rights should mean he brings in revenue just on his name!

Jred not sure of my head but wasn't Kante closer to 35 mil and Pjanic about the same if slightly cheaper? Doesn't weaken your point imo but I think your figures are off by about 50% if you expected to have 60m left over.
Personally I think Kante would have been perfect for us but Pjanic would look like Mata has in this league.
