I recall Ed02 saying that we are financially strong to invest as much as we like but we have limit in wages .
Now that assuming we have Pogba with Zlatan another high earner. Won't it take us near to the limit we have on wages? With already Rooney, Bastian, DDG on high wages and none of our other high earner being sold, won't we violate those rules?

We will probably have the highest wages in the league once Pogba signs if we already don't. With Rooney, Schweinsteiger, Zlatan and De Gea all on huge wages you would think there's going to be a few leaving soon to trim the squad.
There's a few who will be earning a lot of money per week who will barely make the bench this season.

It's probably Bastians last season with us if he stays same with Carrick and young I think. Rooney I have a feeling will be leaving after this season as well. In the long run I don't see it as an issue. Zlatan isn't with us for long too.

I wouldn't care if Basti leaves, he's only there for 15-20 games a season anyway.
