In fergies last season we were apparently after fellaini, how do people think he would of fit into fergies system did fergie see him defensively or attack minded.

{Ed041's Note - attack minded for sure, how anyone can look at Fellani and think defense is beyond me.

Agree0 Disagree0

I agree ed but do you think he had it mind he would be a improvement on kagawa, because surely kag used to offer much more than fellani, I feel kagawa could of been big for us.

{Ed041's Note - He should of been, I actually wonder how much Kagawa really wanted to improve at united. Did he work hard enough to make it here?
As for fergie wanting Fellani, Fergie was keen on a lot of players and not all are signed, my guess would be for the right price he may of been tempted to have him as a plan B but for £30m he would of run a mile.

I think your right fellani wasn't what we needed especially at the price mention, I seen someone put something about players not wanting to join us whilst under fergie the other day and Ronaldinho's name cropped up I was under the assumption United refuse to pay a few mil more that's why we lost him I may be wrong.

{Ed041's Note - that's correct i believe.

To be fair to Kagawa, he was played out of position, from what can remember he was bought to play the no.10 role. At the time it was looking like Rooney was on his way, but that never happened and Kagawa never got the chance to shine in his favored position.
He probably was a little light weight for the Prem.

I personally don't think it comes down to kagawa's ability - he was a quality player who just didn't have the right attitude. Compare him to someone with park Ji sung. Not the most gifted footballer, but worked extremely hard to play. Some players earn success, others just expect it.

Or Rooney was just better.

If we had signed Ronaldinho, we might not have gotten ronaldo. Which would ye have preferred, having Ronaldinho in his prime or ronaldos time that he spent here?

15 Jul 2016 19:06:20
I would rather ronaldinho in his prime over ronaldo at united imo .

Ronaldo has been far better player at madrid than he ever was at united.

{Ed041's Note - Do you think so? See I think he played more like a team player at united than he has ever at Madrid.

15 Jul 2016 20:12:07
Ed
I would agree with that but its about putting the ball in the net and his numbers are amazing at madrid.

I would rather watch ronaldinho than ronaldo tho .

{Ed041's Note - If we are going on pure entertainment value Ronaldinho hands down, the man was an entertainer. To bad we wasted his peak years away
Ronaldo's numbers are unbelievable at madrid due to everything being played through him. But at United he was far more than just a great goalscorer.

15 Jul 2016 22:26:05
Again ed i agree but his numbers are amazing .
But is it entertaning?
He is like a production line i would rather watch messi.

{Ed041's Note - It was at united.
