I don't want to put a downer on things. but am I the only one who isn't convinced by Mkhitaryan? If the price is anything above 28M, the highlights I've seen of him is good but I feel he lacks the pace to play on the RW in this league. The majority are really happy with him so I hope I am wrong and he proves his worth! I think we maybe paying over the odds for him to get him away from BVB.

His goals and assists speaks for themselves, something we missed last year. He can already speak the language over here which should help him settle in quickly. He might not have blistering pace but he is not slow. Martial and rashford will provide the pace, miki should be everything we expect mata to be but isn't.

I pressed reply before I finished, what I was saying is. I think we went in for Mkh with a bid that was over there asking price as they didn't want to let him go. We did this as a gesture to Mino so he could get the Pogba ball rolling. Pogba didn't want to come over but now according to some, we're favourites on to get him! Would make my summer!

I think he is a cracking player.
He will massively improve our attack IMO.

well if you only saw highlights then how did you not see his blistering pace. of all things about mickey, I'm least worried about his pace. he was one of the quickest, I think 2nd, at dortmund and they have some quick players.
just do a bit of watching before coming out with these sorts of assessments.

Highlights from youtube, dosent exactly show you an abundance of pace from him but does show you his flair and technique! It ent that DEEP, even Darmian looks quick on youtube. oh wait so does Anderson . Your opinion to me is void, if you think a few clips (Highlights) on youtube 'proves' he's the second quickest at BVB.
I'm sorry I didn't study the player, I guess this isn't a sight you can ask for someone's opinion without being told to do get educated.

And yh GDS2, I totaly agree with you on that, Martial and Rashford will be providing the pace at United for many years to come! Also I'm 100% sure one of thems the second quickest to the other gahahaa ;)!

Tbh, i share some of that concern. I think his best position is number 10 where he would be what mata should have been. I think the front 3 or 4 will swap positions a lot.
Micky is quick but not ronaldo or robben quick.

Cr92 mhkytaryan actually said if he wasnt a footballer he would have been an sprinter so i don't know abt you but i'm sure you need to be quite pace to do that he is an excellent signing.

Since you've posted that, I've just seen that comment and fair play to him, but running with a ball is totaly different then without and to me he really didn't look like a sprinter from the little clips I've viewed!
I hope he is quick, I just wanted to make sure because I couldn't tell and I agree with the other poster who said he looks more like a no10. As a no10, u don't need pace but quick feet and a good touch and which was easier to notice with him then his speed from youtube Vids IMO.

well cr92 who told you I only watched highlights of mkhitaryan, to me football isn't only the games that have man utd and 'some youtube clips'. I have seen him live many times for dortmund in telly.

Yoo DEEPISH, I never mentioned how much you watch this guy :s hey listen that's completely down to you, if you feel like you wanna watch just him, kl kl. but there's 21 other players on the pitch also. All I said was I'VE only watched highlights of the Armenian, so why is it I shouldn't be asking for ppls opinions with out assessing him :s What am I supposed to assess from clips on youtube :s his Hairline or even his Butt cr*ck?

wasn't ADM a guy with robben pace cr92. what I was tryin to say is u can't say that he will probs get found from watching some youtube clips you only know after he has been here for sometime, settled down and been featured regularly in the team.
