As someone who has wanted LVG out since before Christmas, I just want to say that I am appalled by what's going on at the moment. The board have been culpably silent in this mess. Instant dismissal in December would have been cleaner and fairer alround and given closure. As a middle manager myself, if I treated staff like this I would fear being taken to a tribunal, sued, or getting the sack myself.
I want LVG out, I want Mourhino in, but I totally distance myself from this unseemly debacle. EW has over seen this and it is obvious that his man management is as poor as his football nous. He, and those who keep him in his job are dragging the club's name through the mud.

Well said DW20. I'm afraid its the old 'biggest club in the world being run worse than a corner shop' striking again.
LVG out all day long. Mourinho in all day long. But we look idiotic at times.
