So with Mourinho basically getting the gig, really interested to see who he brings into Manchester United
Does anyone have an idea who they might target in the summer
I'm guessing the likes of Andre Gomes, Rafa Silva, Raphael Varane could be on the list.

Varane and Zlatan would be a start. If he's getting the gig, he would already have a list targets he wants signed and those he want out before pre season. More than not he assembles his team early.

Shane I really have no idea. Ddg leaving is my biggest concern. I'm hoping that Jose can convince ddg to give him a season.
Other ins are anyone's guess. Varane / garray for cb? . Midfield I have no idea right side no idea. striker I'd like to see zlatan come in.
With more pace in midfield and out wide we could accomodate zlatan easily.
Which players will be leaving is also a huge question.

Would be very interested if anyone has any info (Moonrinho? Shappy? Any Chelsea fans reading this site? ) on how Jose prefers to set his teams out and what kinds of players he likes.
From a very limited memory, I seem to remember that Makele was the lynchpin of his first great Chelsea side, so maybe he might go for Kante, who seems very similar.
Does he prefer creative midfielder (Febregad, so maybe go for Kroos? ), speedy wingers? Single striker?
Would appreciate any info, so we can start guessing game about who he'll keep and who he might bring in!
(And could he persuade DDG to stay?! )

You know me, I'm all for younger players and get them to gel, and I think Mourinho would attract the better players ie Varane and Gomes like you say?
Ok he's won us the FA cup, which for a club of our size we underachived for so many seasons?
Next season, IF we appoint Mourinho, I hoping for good things?

i think we will sign varrane or marquinos. both very liked by Jose. The rest is anyones guess. Must say Blind has proved to be a very good centre back and probably the best return for money spent during our 250 million experiment.

I would think Varane and Benzema will be touted by the media for obvious reasons. I would like Varane. I also think he will look at a proper DM to win the ball a bit like Kante but I don't think it will be him. I suppose only he will know who he wants and I am sure he will have already sounded out some players.

If DDG leaves Ken I think someone like Hanadovic would be seriously considered, Mourinho likes big, strong dependable keepers
Going to be a very active and interesting summer, probably the biggest buzz in a long time for United fans, the amount of talent Mourinho could attract is going to be interesting, I hope we add some quality players and just buy Mendes players even though I wouldn't be against the likes of the players above joining.
