Mainly for ed2 if he's around. Do you think mourinho will be a good fit with man utd? Or do you think it could be similar to his 2nd stint at chelsea? Also i recall you posting that massimo allegri was the plan for next year, so i assume that's gone now?

Who knows if mourinho is a good fit or not. Non of us know. The only thing we can hope for is that he brings the attributes that made him successful to the club and only time will tell what happens after that.

You're right AJH. I reckon Ed002 would tell us we getting what we deserve for not supporting LVG through his rebuilding - a flash quick fix who will be off in a couple of years, who doesn't promote youth and, if we thought LVG was arrogant.
(Vaguely remember that Ed002 is a Chelsea fan who might probably have many mixed feelings about Jose, particularly if Ed002 is a lady and the despicable way he treated that doctor. )
Would be very interested in what any of the Eds have to say about Jose's preferred style though, and the types of players he likes?!

I've said it all along and will continue to say it, Mourinho will be bad for man united. He is a terrible person, I wouldn't have him as United manager. I don't care if we get a few trophies for two years, as when he leaves he will leave us in a mess, and back where we have been since SAF left. It's a big no from me.

The one thing Mourinho can do is try to adapt if it is going wrong LVG one philosophy when it didn't work he just stuck with it genius.
