I thought I would go on the live chat today seeing as it was such a big game and assumed everyone would be up for it and behind the team. How wrong I was.
It is no wonder Ed002 refers to United fans as 'toxic'. Some of you lot are nothing short of embarrassing. Thankmgod there are still a few who have some decency and seem like genuine fans, but it seems the likes of Angered, Ken, Supasub and AJH (and a few others) are in the minority.
It was so sad to read the live chat comments, I didn't even bother. Things are not great on the pitch, admittedly, but ifmthis is the calibre of fans that United have these days, we are in big trouble.
We have just won an exciting semi final, so I for one am happy. Shame a few! ore aren't.

I'm with you Betty, I went on at the beginning, but got bored of the bs that was being spouted. Shame that the site and the live chat gets ruined by the numpties.

I have been avid reader for this site for years and I really enjoy the opinions by a lot of the posters. Although the constant abuse on players in the live chat is really disappointing constructive criticism is fine but constant abuse is really annoying . I know we aren't where we want to be but let's enjoy getting to a final.

What is the issue with expressing an opinion. Bloody great to win with a late goal and the lads must be buzzing but we should have sorted midfield out after 55 mins. What is the problem with saying that, we would have said it at the game?

I thoroughly enjoyed the game. Proper end to end stuff. We played some slick ball in the first half and suffered because we had no midfield in the second. We deserved it in the end. If you can't enjoy a last minute winner in a semi final then this game ain't for you.

I went on just before half time and just towards the end as I don't like being on there usually and like to just watch the game. It's not what is was the first few times on there and some use it to repetitively give the same bs and moaning. Then when we are ahead you don't see them comment again.

Red Man - I agree in essence with what you've said there; but the constant bashing of certain players is annoying. Lingard and Rojo seemed to get a hell of a lot of flack today. Saying 'that was a bad mistake by. ' is one thing - saying they're sh*t ten times is quite another.

In all fairness there is probably 3 or 4 constantly moaning (observing? ), it ain't half as bad as people make it out to be.

I do enjoy the chat. But today was tough.
All being said. The game waz fantastic. Yes we had a blip as a lot of teams have especially in cup games. And we are finally back in a FA cup final, it's been too long.
Really looking forward to it.

Moaning is banned. However, just a quick moan. As red man said, if lvg had bolstered the midfield after 55mins then we would have won comfortably. Still we won and we're in the final.
What a great way to win in the 92nd minute. Get in there.

It might have also not made a difference schmidfield. We shall. never know.
But what he did do was bring on herrera and he made a great difference and we won.
So ifs and maybes and all that. We are in the FA cup final. LVG deserves credit for that.

I have been justifiably totally disillusioned by our general performance this season and equally delighted by the few times we have been entertained like tonight. As to tactics, for me LVG managed to successfully correct his initial poor selection. Therefore criticism and praise are due. Honest opinion whether you agree or not.

I've missed a few recently but I love the live chat. The bitching, moaning and occasional slagging off adds to the diversity and imo doesn't take away from it.
Maybe if people actually contributed to live chat, rather than simply slagging it off it would have a different feel. I'm sure once we play well regularly it will be overly "nice" on there, but it's a good mix for me at the minute. It certainly has been more fun than the game itself 90% of the time for me.

I said 55 mins because I felt LVG should have seen we lost midfield and done something about it. I said that on live chat. The Carrick, Fellaini axis is far too cumbersome when the opposition start moving the ball. I felt LVG punished TFM when our midfield were letting Everton run through onto our defence far too easily,
