Watching u21s was really entertaining, would like to talk about Joe Riley who was really outstanding on the left side.
Lot of pace and was good on the ball as well. RoShaun williams still needs to work on his decision making but can be a good player for the future.
Fosu Mensah is too strong for the u21s, his pass to keane which set up the goal was decent.
The best thing I like about our u21s is the amount of pace they have and as soon as they lose the ball they tend to get it back as soon as possible.

Yes Harrop really had a good game, don't know what will happen with Will Keane, he is too good for the reserves and not so good for the main team.

Poole was sensational - the amount of blocks he made in the area was incredible. Rothwell looked composed too, and Fosu-Mensah played well at RB considering its not his natural position.

Harrop, Rothwell, Poole and Mensah had a really good game. Weir lost the ball few times and i am unsur3 about Will Keane he is in the middle at the moment where he's too good for u21s but for first team he needs to up his game. Harrop, rothwell and mensah looked the part.

The whole Keane scenario you guys state is the problem for all clubs. Really good players at u21 and too good but not ready to step up.
It is this bridge that the club need to improve, whether that is offer a place in the first team to train odd opportunities to play or affiliate ourselves closer with a few clubs That has the similar philosophy to ours. loan out and bring them through from championship to lower premier. A Bournemouth would have been ideal.
This is the advantage Spanish teams have wither the B team set up and possibly why they continue to bring through players.

And now he has been called up to the first team again for this weekend hopefully he can take his chance if he gets one and kick on at last.
