He's doing well so far but still has a lot to prove. It was probably scouts that saw deli alli and what makes you think we have a good youth set up? What have we produced in the last ten years.

Pochetino is more of a risk than Moyes. Its medals on the table time when it comes to hiring a new leader for our great club. He is doing well but for me it has to be Mourinho. There are a lot of pros and cons for such an appointment but you can't argue with the honours the guy has won . It's not selling the club out by hiring him it's wanting the winning formula back pumping through your body i'm missing that feeling. It's a results business at the end of the day 😆😆.

Agree 100%. Jose has his critic's but he gets results. People say he is to opinionated and outspoken, so was SAF. We cannot afford to slip further behind city, Arsenal, Spurs and even Leicester. Next season city, Spurs, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea will all be stronger, we have to be ready this time. Bring in the successful one.

I think it's becoming more obvious by the day that it is only a matter of when will Mourinho be hired.

Some people cling to the idea that he will change when he becomes our manager. They feel our club will have some kind of calming effect on him.

This is folly, a leopard never changes its spots. If you take that side of Mourinho away then you will lose a vital part of what makes him successful. People using Cantona as an example are forgetting that A, Cantona was a player and not a manager, B, he had Sir Alex to help guide him and reign him in some what and C, his blood kung fu kick. Did you think he had calmed down when he did that?

Mourinho can't change and if he did it would probably make him less successful.

His methods work amazingly in the short term, but the likelihood of him being manager in 4 seasons time is non excistent.

Things that are garenteed under Mourinho.

1, he will play pragmatic football.

2, he will not give young players many chances at all.

3, he will be his colourful self, we will benefit and suffer for that. Remember all the times we've bantered Chelsea fans when he did something outrageous at Chelsea and bare in mind they will give it back 10 fold when he does it with us.

4, he will win something, a league or FA cup. Maybe a league title.

5, he will upset many people within the club both players amd staff alike.

6, it will all implode in the end.

For me that is a lot of negatives just for the odd cup.

He could be a success if he is managed properly by our chairmen. He needs to be kept in check, and his influance off the pitch needs to be controlled to make sure he doesn't destroy what he builds. We will need a strong chief excecutive if we are to hire Mourinho. Thank god we have Ed Woodward.
