Evening Gents,
Haven't popped over to gloat, don't do stuff like that.
Obviously, as a Gooner, it was a very good game, posted on Arsenal page before game that you would turn us over 1-2, but changed my opinion when I saw Carrick and Bastien in starting 11 and Schneids on bench.
Thought Cazorla was terrific today but he wouldn't have been afforded the same time and space if Schneids was marking him.
Think he would have also gave Darmien more protection against Sanchez.
Anyway, good luck for rest of season, think our CL chances are very slim, especially with Bayern H and A, so hope you boys fly the flag.

Fair enough Dags.
I think Arsenal started very well, Sanchez in particular murdered us. With 3-0 down in 20 mins you just had to make sure you stopped our attack which you did well with some help from Cech.
I do not think we created enough to even start a comeback let alone actually mount a credible one.

You guys were terrific today and i guess that stops the nonsense about your manager.
I said the same thing about the midfield combo but not getting posted for some reason. Posted a few weeks ago I thought October would be very tough and 5 points would be a good outcome for us.
I also posted and thought we could not stay with your pace and that midfield combo and a team that basically carries Depay defensively was always in trouble today. You guys are my pick if City slip, also posted that before the game a few weeks ago.
Really well played and could have been easily 5 or 6 today but for your finishing.
This game should bring a few back to reality around here and have some balance.
Expect us to be back by 7 or 8 points come end of October. the worst thing about today is Rogers getting sacked lol.
We live to fight another day.

Cheers Dags. It reminded me of that Liverpool/Arsenal game a few years ago. Tactics were wrong and you blitzed us, I'd love to know what some of our players have to do to get dropped or subbed as well.
Best team won of course, a few guys on here said this month would be our first real test of the season, well so far we have a lot still to learn.

Good post Dagenham and a well deserved win today. We were completely outplayed. Agree on your comments re schweni and Carrick. Also, not sure whether hererra is injured or not, if not then him, schneiderlin and Carrick or schweni should have started.

It wasn't really carrick but young at the back in those early moments that were a real detriment to you guys. Shwineflu was playing out of possetion but carrick was about the best player for you imo. Darmien was naive against Sanchez and we had a good few moments from cech. We played to our potential today and was a bit disappointed that we took the preserving the lead approach in the second half but we still defended well when it mattered.
It's a rare feeling for an Arsenal fan to tuck you guys away so comprehensively

So you don't think getting totally walloped off the pitch by Arsenal is a bad thing?
