Really looking forward to today's game. We are on the back of 3 wins, Arsenal are patchy, one minute great, the next iffy, but I much prefer playing the bigger teams to gauge where we are.

It's been a strange old start to the season with a lot of inconsistent teams. I really didn't think we could challenge this year but 20% of the way in we we doing so. This month is huge to see where we are but I am feeling more confident that I have for a while.

I went for a 2-2 today but let's be honest, it could just as likely be 3-0 either way

I went for the same score and will wait and see the line ups before doing anything else. Thought i was a genius picking sevilla to beat Barca yesterday until i picked chelsea to win and over 3 1/2 goals. Got the over right but completely the wrong team lol.

Strange to see them play this badly, southampton was so much better all over the pitch. The players have lost there combativeness and odd to see a mourinho team get pushed around. Things are not well there and they are lucky to get an international break.

I agree guys, such a difficult one to call, but LVG does have a good game plan against the big boys and a couple of our lads are due a big game. I'd go for 3-1 today, but giving the bookies a swerve.

In terms of the overall EPL, I'm not a fan of how money has taken over the game, but with more money coming in it will be spread more which is resulting in a more competitive league. Gone are the days where investing £200m will guarantee title after title, it's all about the right types of players and managers now. I think the next few years are going to see the big 6 turn into the big 10 or 12, which will be good for the bookies and good for the competition. There won't be many times that City, Chelsea, Utd & Arsenal all win on the same round of fixtures anymore.

It's been a very odd season. Leicester continue to win (I had them going down), Palace keep winning, and Chelsea are having a nightmare. I think a much stronger league would be great fun as opposed to a big 2, 3 or 4.

Wow ajh. You had Leicester going down? Despite a good season last season and a very good manager in ranieri! I have to say that I thought they'll do very well again and Palace too. But the surprise for me have been how badly Chelsea are playing and how well west ham are doing.
On Chelsea, an injury to the gk and Terry being out has seen them lose a lot of games. Yet when we had 50 odd injuries last year, most people were saying that's an excuse!
On today's game, I'm like you. I think it will be a score draw but could well end up as a big arsenal win if we allow them to play and lose our shape as we did in 2nd half against wolfsburg.
My biggest worry with the current team is when we go a goal up we seem to retreat into our shell instead of putting the foot on the accelerator.

I'm hoping Sunderland finally go down long overdue. I see the barcodes and villa going as well. Both were awful yesterday.

I had Leicester going down as well and Newcastle doing well. Shows what I know!

I think Leicester have that quality big sams Bolton, pulis stoke and even Wigan had. A determination and mental toughness that outweighs individual talent and skill. They could yet struggle once they get found out like last year. But is there 3 worst teams than them in the league. i'd say definitely and maybe more than 3.

I think today is a complete coin toss I wouldn't really like to even try to predict the outcome it's anyone's but hopefully we come through.

Arsenal will try to out okay us which should be in our favour now we have a genuine goal threat in Martial. I think we need to score first too which hopefully will knock any remaining confidence right out of this Arsenal side. Hoping this is the game Rooney and Memphis get going. Tough game but I fancy us today, keep Sanchez quiet and we should have enough to get the points
