You could say we have a quality midfield. The talent we have at our disposal is unbelievable. The. You look at the wings and it's good but not great. Depay is young and still learning. mata has played well on the right but he isn't a winger. That leaves us with Valencia, Young, Martial and perhaps Perreira. Perreira and Martial unknown it leaves us abit vulnerable. Young has improved but he still is abit suspect. Valencia just doesn't cut the mustard for me. When you think of top wingers in Europe etc Valenica and Young don't come anywhere near.

We have a good midfield but nothing close to unbelievable. Workman like and functional i would say but nothing to go gaga over mate.

Agree about our wide options. Which is why I find Adnan being out on loan odd. Especially given the amount of football the likes of Young and Valenica will probably get (my guess is between 15 and 25 appearances each).

Give the lad a break, he looked far more dangerous than Mata against Swansea. he's not on the level of Pedro etc, but he's not a million miles away, he's still got pace, can beat a man or two, got a good shot and a good cross. He can play either wing and doesn't mind sitting on the bench. I like Young, he always gives everything when he plays so i'm happy for him to play for us.

Young is faster and willing to take-on, also share more defensive effort.
I always think we should have played Young against Swansea last week.
