So no Valdes in the UCL squad, can't see him ever featuring again, plus this means we'll be playing DDG too I think, few media outlets in Spain also reporting that he's looking to renew his contract with us.
Not that that means anything, stinks of what happened with Ronaldo when he signed and went a year later just to get our fee.

If we get a good fee and more time to scout a successor i'm not complaining.
{Ed004's Note - If this is true it has worked out brilliantly for manutd. I wouldn't mind if he signed an extension with a fair release clause for Madrid}

Yeah this wasn't a complaint, just saying I can't see him staying for the long haul. I'd be delighted if he signed and we got a bigger fee, means he'll be regarded in a higher manor by our fans as I've been quite pissed off with the treatment he's received tbf.

Sod Madrid Ed, I think they have behaved dreadfully and got what they deserved. I think there is plenty of water to flow under the bridge on this one. My. Idea is they deliberately pulled it and may well not come back for him
