Falcao has gone, supposedly RVP has agreed terms with Fenerbache. Hernandez and Henriquez are doing god knows what.
Unless we plan on using both Hernandez and Henriquez this season, which I very much doubt, then we shall be looking for a striker.
I don't actually know how this makes me feel, can we afford to go for a striker as well as a CM(2 potentially), RB, CB(2 potentially) and maybe even a keeper. That is between 4 and 7 players, not including the already signed Memphis.
Is it viable? I don't know, but what I do know is we can't go into the season with just Rooney and Wilson.

Rooney, Wilson, Depay & Fellaini - if we sign 2 CB's and 2 CM's I would be happy having those 4 to pick from (remember strikers have nothing to do most of the game if last season was anything to go by). Striker is the nice to have, CM's and CB's are must have if we want to win things as so much goes through them.

If it true van Persie has agreed to go and all signs say he has as they suspend betting on him and all the reports we must have a deal done for a striker there no way we would let him go without lining up a deal first

Beast, last season looked like we had no striker, because all our strikers were Brad Pitt.
We need a striker that we feel we can utilise to their full ability. Unfortunately, none of the three we had were worthy of being our first choice striker.
We need a top class striker, very very very badly.

Why do people keep talking about Fellaini being able to play up top? Surely we can't go into a season expecting him to be used there on a regular basis? Would you see him playing there for any of the other top teams?
