Will the next 5 games decide the future of LVG? Some reporters are suggesting as much. If we fall away, many think that he will be gone. I'm so torn on this, yes we need continuity but he isn't bringing a style that we need to compete with the top teams. Just hoofing the ball forwards has been the tactic for the last 2 months and whilst we are top 4 at the moment we could easily see ourselves down in 6th in the next few games.

I really am not sure that I would trust him with another £150/200 million in the summer. He bought seemingly without a plan, we can't afford more haphazard purchases - I thought he was meticulous planner but he has shown that he is anything but so far.

I suppose a lot will depend on Ancelotti. If he is available and we can get him then I would hope that we do, hopefully he would bring Ronnie or Bale back with him.

Do you not think the fact we didn't buy in January shows he isn't haphazard?

Remember Shaw and Hererra were already in the pipeline

and who could have predicted the falcao/adm travesty

I don't really think we will fall away in the next 5 games, the teams around us have tough games and play each other and we will be there or thereabouts come mid April, I don't think we will win the next 5 games but we will get points from most of them.

I don't think 'hoofing the ball forwards' has been the tactic for the last 2 months Fresh, we have done it now and again but most of the goals we have scored have not come from hoofing it forwards, proving that isn't what we are doing at all.

When we have been behind in games (which has occured all too frequently) that is the tactic that he goes to.
