Grayson is an interesting one. He was on the rise, went to Leeds and now finds himself myself back at Blackpool. It happens to so many, they make a bad move and never recover.

It’s a tough one as certain clubs, players and environments just suit that particular manager at that particular time. The best managers can go (almost) anywhere and make things work. Personally think Grayson has found his level and should enjoy it. In all walks of working life We are all human and have ambition, sometimes it’s a more difficult decision to admit where we are is best for us and a bigger club/ promotion is not necessarily the right thing.
