What annoys me is that Dortmund have secured 3 players in the space of a week.

Ed on the other hand is still sitting around.

He has apparently let go the under 23s man Ricky.

Why is our club so incompetent and slow in regards to transfers and getting the structure and staff In place.

Dont get annoyed by dealings of other clubs, especially those from another league. Until about a month ago we didn't know who our coach is going to be, how can we expect swift deals. Probably a lot depends on what will happen, will DdG stay, will Pogba leave, will certain players become available or will some clubs change their minds on accepting some offers etc. This is just of the top of my head, and I have no inside knowledge about these dealings nor have I ever experienced such.
Just try not to get too worked up, especially at the start of the transfer window, at this rate I'd hate to see your state close to the end of this window :P.

WE should expect quick deals, Bayern and Madrid had secured pre contract deals before the season had finished
Juventus did a deal for Ramsey .
Real just secured Jovic so it can be done.
We are supposed to be the biggest club in the world we should act like it.

Why should we expect quick deals when we know full well this isn’t how United do things under Woodward.
What we can expect is United to drag their feet through the entire window and even then wonder if we are at all going to sign our targets. If and and it’s a big if we do some early business then it’s a bonus as our board show time and time again the incompetency of a transfer window.

Surely it's irrelevant if the window is open or not we can make agreements with clubs and players and it just gets finalised when the window opens. I would like to see some early business and get the players in for a full pre season.

We weren’t interested in any of the players Dortmund signed so not really anything to do with us. Not even had the CL final yet and people are wanting transfers, chill.
