Anyone take Carrick and McKenna until the end of the season? It is clear now is we are not a team playing for the manager.

Would rather that than having Jose stick around. But there is no guarantee that those two can handle the job. But I do think we should be going all out for our preferred replacement now.

Who would be the preferred replacement for everyone? I’m seeing a lot on here saying Zidane would be an awful choice.
Personally I’d like to see him replace Mourinho. Yeah he had an outstanding team at his disposal but to win 3 CL on the spin is no mean feat. He would command respect straight away from the players and he is a class act.

Regardless whoever if anyone replaces Jose the basics have to be observed. First is that everyone pulls together. We are called Machesney UNITED for a reason. Secondly the players have to give their all. Lastly a title winning team is built on a solid defence which we lack and if we continue to ship goals it won't matter who is in charge we will not win anything. Even Klopp belatedly realised this and spent big on a keeper and centre half.
