Ed, really enjoying your consistent top quality content mate, keep it up.

{Ed001's Note - thank you very much Elvis. Your answer reminds me of the time me nan phoned me mam and was crying down the phone because the king was dead. Me mam asked her what king, we dont have a king. Me nan didnt have a clue, stopped sniffling and went off to check. She was not impressed when she found out it was Elvis as she didnt like his music!}

Ed001 as usual great read especially when you took your time to analyze the replay.
I particularly paid attention to what you mentioned about the 2 managers and just wondered the potential problem had we appointed Poch. Of course he can still improve but as of now I do agree with what you said and how ManUtd can suffer if he takes over now.
Just to quote from Wenger about Viera, so on Poch - he is good but not ready yet.

{Ed001's Note - I just think he needs to learn to distance himself and recruit better. They are not buying winners they are buying athletes.}

Personally I think he would be a different animal in Spain for example I've seen many players and coaches at spurs over the years going a bit spursy as you put it ed.

I think the whole choking thing runs to the very core of that club .

They have some fabulous players and a good coach but you never quite get the feeling they will make it, take the Leicester season not in a million years should spurs have messed that up but at the most important moment they lacked what Leicester had in abundance. bravery.

Jose has his detractors many among our own fans, however the one thing that he cannot be questioned on is being a winner . He will win and win and win whilst other managers do nowt .

{Ed001's Note - and discipline, remember the way they lost it at Chelsea?}

Indeed ed I forgot about that game it was like wwe in the end 😂.

{Ed001's Note - until Poch sorts that issue out, his teams will continue to fold. Discipline is very important, it goes hand in hand with organisation and organised sides win trophies.}

Ed when you get time. Can you do a review on Guardiolas season this year. If you get time that is as your super busy.

{Ed001's Note - I will add it to my to do list, but I can't promise anything as there are a lot of things on there. Hopefully over the summer I might get a chance.}

You can't learn to be a winner, you either are or aren't. As much as poch can improve as a coach, sort out the discipline etc etc he won't be a winner. Unless he goes to Spain and has it easy.

{Ed001's Note - you can learn to be a winner. People can change. We are not born exactly the same people as we are at the age of 21. Sometimes people develop that drive late in life.}

Fantastic ed, thanks.

I think Ali is in risk of wasting his talent. He has a very nasty streak and could easily have been sent off more times in his short career. When you think if some of the soft Red cards we've seen in Europe and international football I am amazed regularly that Ali does not see red more often. Players will no doubt start to target him to get him WOUND up.

{Ed001's Note - he is still a kid, he should grow up and be ok but I do worry about his lack of self-discipline under a manager who is not going to provide it for him.}
