Do we think that Jose must have assured this person that he would be staying longer than his agreed tenure

After all why would the player agree to join the club to then be disrupted again when the manager changes.

I have a feeling that Jose is going to extend his contract imminently as well as spanish dave!

I can think of 350,000 reasons why he would sign. However, I think if Jose feels loved and backed then he may well break his habit and stick around.

Too early to say whether jose will extend but can see him being our boss next summer if we end the season well.
Sanchez seems like a typical jose player, will be a huge signing for us who will add some much needed grit in our team and hopefully our young team can learn that from him.

Agreed with that AJH. Something which is quite clear now is that Chelsea are unprepared to back their managers and spend the big money that is required. If we back Jose in this way I can see him staying longer. But for Christ’s sake it would be nice to see him smile!
