Whilst chatting with a friend who is a City fan (yes I know should not be allowed) it was pointed out that I should not feel so down about the current position of the club.
Yes the title looks like it is gone, but looking strong for top 2 finish. Good draw in CL. Strong cup team so could do well in FA Cup.
Also on the team, our best 2 CB's have been out so there return instantly improves us. Pogba will play a major part for rest of the year and we are so much better with him in.
Looking at player moves Mikki and Mata not playing or performing but could bring in enough for a decent replacement whether that's Ozil or partially towards a Bale/ Griezman. Pereira doing well in a Spain and could come back a first teamer. Full backs could both be upgraded to instantly give us an improvement even though I have loved both of there work rates.
I think we have the making of a top team over the coming years and will be one of the few to challenge Pep, and I want to be positive.
Jose's tactics are that they are, I just wish he trusted the way we played against arsenal a bit more. Be aggressive and put pressure on the opposition.
Let's be positive though.

Pereira has been playing well credit to him for going and playing well in a poor granada side last season and then leaving when mourinho wanted him to stay. he's forcing himself into a good valencia side. He should be a first team player next year no doubt. Maybe he is the player we need not a big name player.
