Aurier and Mendy ed4? One hasn't kicked a ball in the epl the other couldn't handle salah.
No surprises any where else other than Moses thought he was great at wing back last year.

{Ed004's Note - I think both over time when they are used to the league will be the best in it. Maybe I'm being a bit harsh on Valencia and Rose. There is a real lack of quality left backs. There is too many good attackers to play 3 at the back to accommodate wing backs}

Stand its really difficult. Sad you say there are several options for most positions.
Ddg coleman vertongan alderweild mendy. Matic pogba kdb hazzard. Aguero lukaku 442 diamond. Bench bailly kante couthnio aurier kane jesus dembele.
The worrying thing is i could name half a dozen teams before i got to either of our full backs or jones.

Van dijk would be in mine as would kante prob the best cm in the league .
Don't get the love in with rose doesn't play enough .
Aurier is suddenly the best fullback in the league? Not mentioned once until he got linked to us .
Wasn't always a starter for PSG before they got shot .
Coleman like Baines have been very good players but starting to flag imo .

Cant think of a better rb in the league than Valencia not surprised Jose is a big fan . Is there a good lb in the league .

{Ed004's Note - I said all summer I'd like either Semedo or Aurier to replace Valencia in that order. However, there really is a lack of top fullbacks in the league currently. I didn't want to seem to biased putting Valencia in}

Ed can't remember semedo ( think would struggle in the epl ) or aurier getting a mention until they where linked to us to be honest.
Though Tony played well last season not sure why he needs replaced, I also think Jose likes him.

{Ed004's Note - If Valencia was under 30 and could play 2/3 times a week without worrying about old injuries flaring up we wouldn't be having this conversation. Though it is inevitable that over the next season or two he will need replaced. There were two great options available this summer but I think we currently have too many fullbacks to sign anymore}

I think valencia is too poor in the finak thurd to be consudered a top full back but that's just my ooinion i'd rather walker coleman trippier aurier before him yes he is a great pro and servant but not a top class full back plus at his age we need better cover than what we have imo. Looking at areas where we need improvement or another option rb is the 2nd or 3rd most urgent position in the squad that needs attention aking with lb and rw. I think in all other positions we have a very high quality starter and a really good option.

He played 40 + games last season was one of our best players and looks in great shape .
Will need replacing at some point but I wouldn't of replaced him this summer .
Could maybe do with a number 2 and at only 20 mil that could of maybe been aurier but not sure he has the personality to sit on the bench .
Tony looks a Jose player, does a Jose job imo gets the arm band and looks to me a big part of the team .

{Ed004's Note - But we saw near the end of last season that he wasn't able to physically complete 3 games a week when we were in Europe and there is a massive drop off in quality when Darmian plays there. I agree he is a Jose player but he lacks a bit going forward and isn't getting any younger. So when options were available this summer I'm a bit dissapointed we haven't looked to phase him out}

Jackson he made a howler on sat but i think he is going to go on to be one of the best. Just my opinion. I didn't put him I the team i picked because i looked for a pair and at the moment i think spurs have the best pair.
I have very high hopes for tuanzebe also. If li delof progresses as jose expects we are well stocked a cb imo and i expect to see at least 1 of rojo or smalling depart in jan in the search of game time in a wc year.

If Jose wanted to replace him I think he would off .
I think he was a lot better than a lot of our other players last season under Jose , is a model pro, jacked off his agent so there is not one part of me that is disappointed we have not phased him out this season.

I'm sure he won't let us down just like he never last season .
He is 32 but then again alves is 34, left Barcelona at 32 and they are still haven't found someone to replace him . Careful what you wish for

I'm not sure semedo is suited to the epl and aurier who was ok for psg in my opinion is hard to judge . Was playing in a team head and shoulders above everything else in the French league which isn't a great standard .
Wasn't always first choice and psg where happy to get shot .

Surprised he is considered by some to be the best fullback in the league and this is just my opinion but if we hadn't been linked to him I don't think the 20 mill capture for spurs would be rated quite as highly .
And that before his of field behaviour.

What right back is there that looks like they could potentially succeed Valencia next season. Only names that could be suggested yesterday were Henricks and Odriozola. Ed2 mentioned a few times during the summer we were trying to sign a right back. He is underrated on here but at times he is also slightly overrated.}

All the more reason not to replace him, not that much out there .
Tony was best rb in the epl last season, rb and lb issues are being blown out of proportion imo .
As a team we don't conceded many goals and people have a issue with our back 4?
Last season we made plenty of chances just never took them and people have issues with our creativity.

{Ed004's Note - But the lack of creativity was down to fullbacks not pushing on last season or offering a very poor final ball. Also think we had to play more negatively because Jose didn't have someone like Matic who he trusted. Over the next two windows I would like to see Darmian and Blind/Shaw replaced with higher quality players}

There wasn't a lack of creativity last season or this we made plenty of chances we just never put the ball in the net.
Jose team don't rely on fbs to make chances he wants them to defend .

4 games in to the season top of the league and we are are talking about getting rid of players? We are fans enjoy it and support the team.

DDG, Trippier, Bailly, Alderwereld, Mendy, Matic, Pogba, Hazard, Miki, KDB, Aguero

For me you cannot pick Tony due to his awful crossing. Bailly had a poor game last game, but he's been awesome other than that.
