COULD United match PSG for Neymar or would the money we've spent recently prevent us from making such a move because of FFP?

Seems pretty much nailed on that he will go to France but just intrigued to know.

we could afford Neymar but the glaziers would not likely sanction the deal would we be able to lure him here I doubt that as well but we could most defiantly afford the fees.

Ed2 with a deal of this value what is harder for the club's in regards to ffp to get past is it the actual fee or the ongoing wages.
