The principle job of the manager is to motivate the players. It doesn't matter who you have playing for you, if you can't do that, you can't win, certainly not in this league.

It would be ironic if LVG is sacked on Monday and we appoint Mourinho to take his place, a man who has just lost his job for the very same reason, and a coach who is known for his negative tactics. And then in about a week's time we have to go up against a Chelsea team buoyed by his dismissal.

I think Jose could win Man Utd the league from the posistion they are in right now! there not that far off the pace! that would be a slap to Chelsea!

It's amazing how mourinho who has had a fantastic career wherever he's been and even won Chelsea the league last year, has suddenly, in the eyes of some people, turned into a rubbish manager overnight.
Chelsea had one or two bad apples in the dressing room and their new manager will soon find out. Mourinho challenged them earlier in the season over their fitness and passion and luckily for us, they did not respond.
That does not make him a bad manager all of a sudden.
Chelsea have some wc players, fibregas Costa hazard matic terry curtois Willian. But if one or two are causing disharmony, then the manager stands no chance.
