"Amongst the players spotted getting off the train in Milton Keynes today: Welbeck, de Gea, Hernandez, Kagawa, Wilson, Anderson, Vermijl, A Pereira, Janko, Thorpe, Powell, Evans, Amos, James. no doubt others there too"

This is why LVG is so awesome.
Don't think Moyes ever had the balls to that.

Any signs of Rothwell and Pearson?

Balls to do what?

I don't think it has anything to do with balls and everything to do with the number of injuries we have at the moment. Of Wilson, Vermijl, Pereira, Janko, Thorpe, Amos and James - I only expect four to feature (maybe more if we can wrap things up in the first half).

I just read it on a reliable facebook page and posted it here. I don't know about Pearson or Rothwell. Sorry.

When did you see Moyes put out a youth lineup?
Even SAF did that in the carling cup and I hope LVG does that too?
Isn't everyone excited to see how Powell or Wilson or others play today.

Rohan -

All of Moyes' Carling Cup games were against EPL competition (Liverpool, Norwich, Stoke and Sunderland). He also recognised that the Carling Cup was our best chance of silverware last season. That said; I'm sure that if he'd come up against third tier opposition he'd have thrown in a few more youth players.
