Anyone else heard that Valencia are in for Andreas Pereira on loan?

Read it this morning - if he's goes to play every week you can't argue with the move but I'd like to see him given a chance this season but he's behind 5-6 others for a spot in the team.

I would be disappointed to see him leave, but he is behind Pogba, Matic, Herrera, Carrick and Fellaini in midfield. An it looks like we might play most of the games this season with a No.10 which leaves only two creeper midfield positions available. Of which he is 6th choice.

I would like to keep him and play him in rotation for one of the wide roles. You could have Rashford/ Martial for the left, Mata/ Mkhitaryan for the No.10 and Pereira/ Lingard for the right.

If he goes and gets game time in the CM role then we could really benefit next year bringing him back in as replacement for the then likely retiring Carrick. Valencia are a step up from last year for him too.
One concern is that I heard he is in last year of contract. Hope that information is incorrect.

Valencia have just signed Kondogbia on loan.

I'm not sure how many midfielders they have but if Pereira goes it needs to be for first team football. No good him sat on somebody else's bench.

I'm surprised someone like Swansea don't take a punt on him on loan. he's obviously not as good as Sigurdsson but he's in the same mould as him.

Does anyone really think a move to that basketcase of a club, would really help him develop? If he does go on loan, I'd rather he went to a decent EPL club, and get more experience of playing in this league. Maybe Palace, with a footballing manager and TFM already there?
