Where has the 80m euros figure come from ?

Chelsea allegedly had £40m bid rejected earlier in the window prior to their getting Falcao on loan. They were told by Monaco that Martial was not for sale. They've changed their tune though when knocked out of Champs League.

Think €80m was rounded down somewhat:

£22m up front
£3.5m each year for 4 years
£5m per season he's the top scorer for 4 years
£5 if he becomes European player of the season


Not my money so I don't care, we needed speed up front and we have it.

I don't control MUFC chequebook, I don't control who plays in the team, I only control my emotions when we play and if we win games with Martial. That's all that matters.

Also he is about the same wages as Liverpool are paying Firminho, so not really low wages. And i'm very sorry for the 60+20 number, I've been told now that its 50+30 and monaco are expecting all 80 million to be paid. Probably higher sign on and agent fee aswell, seeing who he's agent is :D
